Ruth Ann and The Green BlowsterTM is a children’s chapter fantasy novel that has
taken over 80 years to reach you.
Frances Willey Beebe, my maternal grandmother (a society editor for
the San Diego Sun, circa 1912 and
scriptwriter for Universal Studios on Sunset and Gower circa 1914) began this
story as a gift for my mother. Though
she died 16 years before my birth and we never met, our imaginations have,
and we have written this book together.
Primarily a read-along book for young children, Ruth Ann and The Green Blowster is a book that can be enjoyed by
readers and listeners of all ages in the manner of children’s classics such
as Alice in Wonderland and The Wizard of Oz. |
